Chefs Chris Yates and Paulo Atalainha serve up an award-wining menu of modern twists on favourite traditional dishes and daily specials using Lancashire's finest and freshest ingredients. We even make our own ice-cream. One menu is offered throughout the bar and the more formal restaurant.
