Chris has worked in some of the northwest’s best kitchens including Nutters in Rochdale, Paul Heathcote’s Longridge Restaurant and The Dining Room in Rawtenstall. He was also a finalist in the Gordon Ramsay Scholarship.

 

Chris's menu at The Shoulder of Mutton changes with the seasons with a specials board that changes daily, depending on what Chris can pick up at the market.

 

Chris has won numerous awards including Best Newcomer in 2009 for The Shoulder of Mutton in Holcombe Village, Bury.
